I want to set up 20p a call service as i am planning to launch community service type chat . My initial plan is to set up up 10 ten different lines .
Answer –
If you wish to set up a chat service there are specific rules from the regulators you must comply with for a chat service.
Also by only charging 20p/min for your calls you will only be receiving back 11p/min for the calls you receive.
